Description Lebasque was a post-Impressionist painter of the highest merit. His oeuvre resides in many French museums, as well as outside of France, and in private collections. Many of his paintings evoke an emotional response, with softer palette of colors and interesting snapshots of everyday life. Stitching is one of our favorites. Measures 16″ x 20″ on 14, 16 or 18 mesh mono deluxe needlepoint canvas. We are partial to easy to use silk threads for this and will be happy to add them to the canvas if you would like us to add and send thread.
